Assistant-e comptable et financier-ère
En tant qu’employé·e administratif·ve, vous garantissez le bon déroulement de la gestion financière quotidienne et apportez votre soutien aux consultants externes et cabinets comptables.
Concrètement, cela signifie que vous contrôlez et enregistrez les opérations financières dans notre logiciel de comptabilité en ligne. Vous participez également à la préparation des déclarations de TVA ainsi qu’à la clôture annuelle.
De plus, vous établissez les factures sortantes, ainsi que les notes de crédit et de débit. Enfin, vous contribuez à une comptabilité analytique et à un traitement des données automatisé et efficace.
